Heartfelt makes every effort to carefully select and recommend suitably qualified and appropriately skilled photographers however, all photographs are taken by the photographer in his/her individual capacity. Heartfelt only coordinates, produces and delivers the final prints and files.
The relationship is between you and the photographer. Heartfelt shall have no responsibility for any issues that may arise between you and the photographer. However, Heartfelt makes every effort to ensure the suitability of photographers and makes no promises or representations of any kind as to the suitability, quality or particular skills of any photographer listed on this site or for the accuracy of any information provided either about the photographer or their work.
